You know when you have a perfect Sunday? Bacon for breakfast. Coffee and the papers. A glorious day in the park. Wine while you cook a comforting dinner. An *amazing* dessert. Yes, last Sunday was one of those. I'm starting to feel a little sad that autumn is coming to an end but we are making the most of getting out there to enjoy it's splendour while we can...
I wrote a little about the stage of parenting we are at for the gallery this week. It is a lovely stage that our girls are at able to enjoy going off on adventures together. Exploring, scooting, climbing. Of course it means some tense moments on the parenting front watching them taking corners at breakneck speed and climbing everything in sight!
Ah Autumn you are so beautiful and I will be sorry to see you go...
Awww I see the autumn that you are seeing through photos. Mine is less colorful as I am live near the beach and there's not much trees here. Alli have is endless sand and brown water! Thanks for sharing your autumn =) #countrykids
ReplyDeleteThank you so much - I do love the colours of autumn :)
DeleteThis looks like a beautiful, it's a horrible stage of their life wanting them to go off and explore but not fall and hurt themselves. Thanks for linking up with Country Kids.
ReplyDeleteThank you :) It is so hard letting them do more and more where you can't be constantly in control of them and worrying about them hurting themselves but at the same time wanting them to be adventurous!
DeleteSome gorgeous reminders of a lovely Autumn there for you :) It looks like they had lots of fun in the park. And what is better than a glass of wine whilst cooking dinner :)x #countrykids
