I am quite proud of myself in the fact that when the girls have gone to bed I have been coming to the computer and sitting down to write. Not spending time browsing the internet. At all. So it is quite a surprise that I should come across the website for
The Literary Gift Company.
Actually I have no idea how I've not found it sooner. This is one of my favourite websites ever, it is like a little dreamworld for an avid reader/ keen blogger/ aspiring author like myself. And it is
the perfect place to find a gift for Mother's Day if you have an avid reader/ keen blogger/ aspiring author in your life *cough* The only problem you might have is what to pick as their range is soooooooo amazing. But here are just a few of my favourites, you know, incase you were wondering...
If you've ever seen some of my
Instagram pictures you may have noticed I have a bit of a thing about mugs. In all honesty I am totally torn between this and the 'Go Away I'm Writing' mug but as the blogging one was out of stock it made me want it even more. This evening I got the email telling me this one was back in stock so of course I'm torn all over again now.
If you've ever read any of my blog posts you may have also noticed that I'm possibly
addicted to stationery and, in particular,
notebooks. There are a number of lovely ones to choose from including the
typewriter one I already have but I thought that this was would be particularly appropriate given my current endeavours.
Even just from looking at this page you may have noticed that I am a little bit obsessed with
typewriters. I have also started to wear dangly earring quite a lot lately. I couldn't say what that is about, but I do
love these.
I adore this quote, and I was initially drawn to the mug with it on before deciding I should probably mix it up a bit. Luckily I also have a quite a fondness for bags and I think it would be quite apt for me to walk around carrying my books in this.
Beautiful book covers are probably what kept me from investing in a kindle for so long. But with a kindle cover like this I needn't have worried. At least I needn't worry if it was mine...
